🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead functional discovery sessions and workshops with clients
• Own the functional design of Salesforce solutions
• Produce Solution Design Documents, user stories, and functional specs
• Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment
• Platform experience on Salesforce or equivalent quote-to-cash platform
• Strong facilitation and discovery skills
• Excellent communication and executive presence

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud)
• Experience with subscription or recurring revenue models
• Agentforce Revenue Management experience
