🎯 What You'll Do
- Hit or exceed monthly outbound targets
- Generate and qualify outbound opportunities
- Manage and convert inbound leads
- Track activity in Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
📋 Requirements
- 6–12 months of SDR experience or quota-driven role
- Proven attainment in a quota-driven role
- Advanced written communication skills
- Ability to manage high volume without losing quality

- Experience in consulting or operations
- Internship in a performance-based environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or Gong
