💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and help train new recruits. You'll also assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets while using fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales. This role offers a chance to work in a pop-culture retail environment with a mission to fight hunger.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Cover the sales floor and lead when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
