Description

You will lead a GenAI engineering team in London, driving conversational AI and agentic AI features that enable users to interact with Anaplan models through natural language and autonomously analyze data. You'll manage a team of 5-8 engineers, own the delivery roadmap, establish best practices, and stay hands-on solving complex technical problems.

Requirements

• Software engineering experience with experience leading engineering teams
• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI applications in production
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns
• Experience with agentic frameworks and autonomous systems

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5-8 GenAI engineers
• Drive execution of conversational AI features using natural language
• Oversee development of agentic AI systems for autonomous analysis and planning
• Own team delivery roadmap, collaborate with product management
• Establish engineering best practices for GenAI development
