Description

You will oversee multiple reconditioning lines, plan production, manage facilities, and ensure targets are met. You will identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and guide site performance reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Experience leading teams of 50+ associates with employee development track record
• Proven ability to solve operational challenges via root cause analysis
• Must be open to nationwide or regional relocation
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift
• Manage facilities to meet production, cost, and quality targets
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with senior leadership
• Support continuous improvement projects and train process changes
