Description
You will lead the development of new B2C services (e.g. insurance, cashback) from market exploration to go-to-market launch, working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Operations to create impactful offers for Alma consumers.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience, including 2-3 years exploring, sizing and launching B2C monetised services
- Experience in Fintech and/or consultancy is an advantage
- Strong ability to assess market opportunities and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and a structured, analytical mindset
- Customer-centric
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Excels in team environments
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to identify whitespace opportunities
- Explore new B2C service opportunities, assess strategic fit, estimate market potential and financial viability, and formulate recommendations
- Design offer packaging and contribute to pricing strategy
- Define compelling value propositions and craft differentiated positioning and messaging
- Design go-to-market strategies and lead cross-functional launch plans from concept to rollout and performance tracking
