Description

You will lead the development of new B2C services (e.g. insurance, cashback) from market exploration to go-to-market launch, working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Operations to create impactful offers for Alma consumers.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience, including 2-3 years exploring, sizing and launching B2C monetised services
  • Experience in Fintech and/or consultancy is an advantage
  • Strong ability to assess market opportunities and translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and a structured, analytical mindset
  • Customer-centric
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Excels in team environments
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Build a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves to identify whitespace opportunities
  • Explore new B2C service opportunities, assess strategic fit, estimate market potential and financial viability, and formulate recommendations
  • Design offer packaging and contribute to pricing strategy
  • Define compelling value propositions and craft differentiated positioning and messaging
  • Design go-to-market strategies and lead cross-functional launch plans from concept to rollout and performance tracking
