You'll build the AI-native operating system for regulated finance, starting with mortgage servicing, at a Series C backed by a16z. Your work will directly impact transforming a 0% margin business into 60%+ margins while improving customer experience. You'll enjoy autonomy in a complex problem space and collaborate with engineers from Stripe, Jane Street, and Meta.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1 year of software engineering experience building scalable applications.
• Experience with web/mobile development, distributed systems, or infrastructure.
• Legal authority to work in the U.S.
