💼 About This Role

You'll own IAM governance and controls for a global food delivery platform, ensuring robust identity lifecycle management and SOX compliance. You'll tackle complex access structures across Okta, Azure AD, and AWS IAM, embedding security into engineering workflows. This role offers high ownership and strategic impact in a fast-paced, engineering-led environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve Joiners/Movers/Leavers processes for completeness and accuracy.
• Lead User Access Reviews ensuring SOX compliance and audit defensibility.
• Design and implement IAM configurations in Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, or AWS IAM.
• Analyze and remediate access structures like nested groups and over-provisioned access.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on IAM governance experience in a complex environment.
• Deep understanding of JML lifecycle controls, UARs, SoD, and RBAC/ABAC.
• Experience supporting SOX audits including evidence preparation and remediation.
• Proven ability to manage complex access models across multi-app and cloud environments.
