You will prepare and review complex tax returns, provide strategic tax planning advice, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor junior staff at a growing accounting firm backed by private equity, offering flexible hybrid work and strong growth potential.

Requirements

• 3+ years tax preparation experience
• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field
• CPA preferred
• Knowledge of tax preparation software (CCH ProSystem or Axcess a plus)
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit simple to complex tax returns
• Advise clients on tax strategies and future planning
• Analyze tax data to maximize client outcomes
• Research new tax trends and regulations
• Train and mentor tax staff
