💼 About This Role

You'll respond to maintenance and repair service requests and carry out preventive maintenance tasks at a student living property. Your work ensures safety and functionality of buildings and equipment while providing optimal service to residents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform minor and routine maintenance/repair tasks
• Complete preventive maintenance assignments
• Prepare apartments for turnovers
• Maintain shop and repair areas cleanliness

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intent to obtain within 6 months
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
