You'll coach and manage a team of 5 Account Managers to maximize subscription-based ARR with existing clients. Your core impact is defining and executing the sales process for client expansion and retention. You'll work closely with Marketing and Channel teams to build pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.

  • Coach, mentor, and manage a sales team of 5 Account Managers
  • Work with sales leaders to define and execute sales processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely team forecasting
  • Build pipeline through customer contact and collaboration with Marketing and Channel

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years managing an expansion sales team in B2B SaaS
  • Experience driving deals in $10-100k ACV range
  • Experience with both SMB and MidMarket companies
  • Experience selling to eCommerce or high-growth SaaS companies

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in integration or complex software sales
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms
