Description

In this role, you'll manage and grow client relationships in the transport and logistics sector for Level.works. You'll focus on strategic relationship building, scaling services through physical client visits, and acting as the liaison between sales and operations to ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

• Native-level Dutch (min C1) with strong communication and persuasion skills
• At least 4 years of commercial experience in labor mediation or similar business services
• Commercially driven with operational responsibility; energized by client satisfaction and relationship-based opportunities
• HBO/WO working and thinking level

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships and scale service delivery through physical client visits nationwide
• Deepen trust with logistics managers and directors; exceed expectations to maintain top partner status
• Identify upsell opportunities by positioning full mix of staffing and tech solutions
• Serve as pivot between sales and operations; ensure smooth account handover and daily alignment with Recruitment
• Expand network by securing new entry points within client organizations
