💼 About This Role

You'll provide critical support to an Autonomous Surface Vessel program, synthesizing customer objectives into strategic roadmaps. You'll drive program execution, optimize processes, and mitigate risks in a dynamic environment. This role embeds in commercial or government programs for hands-on impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage short- and long-term projects to implement customer deliverables
• Act as point of contact for customer POCs, tracking milestones and deliverables
• Track program performance metrics including cost, schedule, and quality
• Identify and assess program risks, developing mitigation strategies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Policy, International Relations, or technical discipline
• 4+ years experience in program analysis, project management, sales, or military/defense policy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in Autonomous Surface Vessels or defense technology
• Direct experience with DoD program management practices
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Risk Management (PMI-RMP)
