💼 About This Role

You'll lead sales strategy and execution for the largest Transportation Management System, driving growth post-merger. You'll build and scale the sales organization while personally managing complex enterprise deals. This role offers a rare chance to shape a unified sales engine from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
  • Act as player-coach on complex enterprise deals and support SEs.
  • Build and scale sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and operations.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with 10+ in senior leadership.
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems or last-mile logistics tech.
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy with MEDDPICC or similar.
  • Experience building and scaling sales organizations from ground up.

  • Experience in healthcare delivery logistics.
  • Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree.
