💼 About This Role

You'll join the AI Platform team building backend infrastructure that powers AI-native product experiences. You'll design, scale, and operate services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure for production AI features. This role owns the platform that makes AI products reliable and performant.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and scale backend services and APIs for AI features.
• Define and manage AI infrastructure using Terraform on AWS.
• Build evaluation pipelines to improve AI system quality.
• Optimize for cost, latency, and performance of managed AI services.
• Support agent architecture with reliable data flows.

📋 Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Python and its ecosystem for web services.
• Strong experience with Terraform and a major cloud platform (AWS).
• Comfort operating in a 0→1 environment defining new patterns.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with managed AI services (Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI).
• Background in MLOps or data engineering.
