💼 About This Role

You'll build FLORA's data function from the ground up, working closely with the CTO and Head of Product to define the metrics that matter. You'll stand up warehousing, pipelines, and dashboards for generation quality and activation moments. This is a chance to shape the data strategy of an AI creative tool used by Pentagram and Nike.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build data warehousing and ETL pipelines
• Define key metrics and build dashboards for product insights
• Collaborate with Intelligence team on AI generation data analysis
• Establish data capture standards across the platform

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a data science or analytics role
• Deep SQL fluency and experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar
• Proven ability to build data infrastructure from scratch
• Experience working autonomously as the first data hire

✨ Nice to Have

• TypeScript experience
• Experience with PostHog cohorts and funnels
• Background in creative tools or AI-native products
