🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of Systems & Applications engineers.
• Architect, debug, and launch physical robotic systems.

• Conduct performance reviews and career development conversations.

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS in Robotics, Automation, or related field.
• 6+ years building and launching complex physical systems.
• 2+ years managing engineers and allocating resources.
• Hands-on experience with ROS, embedded systems, and full-stack integration.

• 8+ years experience building complex physical systems.
• 4+ years direct engineering management including performance reviews.
• Experience scaling internal training programs or onboarding systems.
