You'll lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site North America network, driving operational excellence and scaling distribution for a top global merchandise agency. This role has full P&L responsibility and significant influence over strategic direction. You will implement automation and data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multi-site, multi-shift distribution operations.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, service, and engagement.
• Develop high-performing leadership team and succession planning.
• Own P&L performance across labor, facilities, and capital investments.
• Integrate acquired facilities into unified systems and metrics.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years progressive supply chain or operations experience.
• 2+ years in senior leadership across multiple sites.
• Experience implementing Warehouse Management Systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS or Manhattan SCALE.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma methodologies.
