💼 About This Role

You'll lead the protection of high-value assets across Nebius' European supply chain operations, covering transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery of critical infrastructure. This role holds end-to-end ownership of supply chain security across multiple European countries, with direct influence on the resilience and integrity of infrastructure deployment. You'll shape and execute regional security strategy, managing risk across a complex cross-border logistics network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and lead supply chain security across Europe with full accountability for regional risk.
• Define and implement regional security standards, controls, and procedures aligned with global policies.
• Enforce security requirements across logistics partners including 3PLs, carriers, and vendors.
• Lead end-to-end response to security incidents including coordination, investigation, and resolution.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Significant experience in supply chain security, logistics security, or operational risk management.
• Proven experience managing operations or security across multiple European countries.
• Demonstrated experience leading incident response and managing complex security events.

• Experience in high-value or critical infrastructure supply chains (e.g., data centers, electronics, technology hardware).
• Background in law enforcement, military, or corporate security.
