🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform ear piercings following strict sterile protocols.
• Manage daily studio operations, including inventory and scheduling.
• Coach and develop a team of nurse piercers and sales associates.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction through hands-on leadership.

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• 3-5 years of retail management experience
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in Google Suite and POS systems
