You'll execute inventory management and operational processes for a retail store at The Mall at Short Hills. You'll maximize inventory accuracy, reduce shrink, and support visual standards. This part-time role offers up to 30 hours per week with a monthly store incentive program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and sales floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards and stockroom organization
• Resolve client needs and ensure customer satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales operational environment
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
