Your code will power real-world field operations in construction and energy, handling hardware integration and low-connectivity job sites. This role offers greenfield ownership and the chance to shape an AI-first mobile platform from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical architecture for the Ground Mobile Android app.
• Build resilient Kotlin client-side logic with offline-first principles.
• Collaborate with product and design to solve customer problems.
• Establish Android CI/CD, testing standards, and release tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering mobile applications with complex architecture.
• Strong command of Kotlin and modern Android practices.
• Experience with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth hardware communication on Android.
• Proficient with Android Studio Profiler and Firebase Crashlytics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ARCore, spatial computing, or 3D capture workflows.
• Knowledge of Python and MongoDB backend stack.
• Professional iOS development experience.
