• Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives across teams and stakeholders
• Develop and operationalize intake frameworks and lifecycle tracking for AI use cases
• Manage day-to-day project activities, meetings, milestones, and risks
• Identify process gaps and recommend scalable operational improvements

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in consulting or project management
• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, CoPilot

✨ Nice to Have

• Client-facing professional services experience
• Power BI, HubSpot, QuickBase, SharePoint, OneNote experience
