You'll craft compelling copy for websites, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral, translating complex behavioral health programs into clear, empathetic messaging. You'll collaborate with product marketing, design, and clinical teams to ensure consistency across audiences and channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 2+ years copywriting experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience with short-form and long-form content
- Ability to adapt tone for different audiences and simplify complex topics
- Strong editorial judgment and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Write and edit web pages including program overviews and conversion-oriented content
- Develop long-form assets like whitepapers, outcomes reports, and case studies
- Create printable assets (rack cards, trifolds, one-pagers) with PMM and Design
- Adapt messaging for clients, caregivers, providers, and internal teams
- Refine existing content for clarity, flow, and brand consistency
