Description

You will support fast-growing companies and well-known enterprises on projects including IPO preparation, transaction support, carve-outs, audit readiness, and adoption of new accounting pronouncements. You will engage with clients on technical accounting issues, provide research-based guidance, and manage client relationships to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA and/or CMA
• 8+ years of recent professional services experience (public accounting or advisory firm) or relevant experience with a publicly held/Fortune 500 organization
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, and SOX standards
• Flexibility to travel

Responsibilities

• Support clients on IPO preparation, transaction support, carve-outs, audit readiness, and new accounting pronouncements
• Provide research-based guidance and technical accounting documentation
• Deliver presentations on technical concepts and project plans to client stakeholders
• Review team progress for compliance with work program and professional standards
• Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
