🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the turboshaft in a hybrid powertrain system
• Manage the turboshaft team of varied experts
• Direct testing, verification, and certification programs
• Define strategy for turboshaft and turbogenerator development

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in turboshaft design and engine control
• Strong fundamentals of turboshaft operation
• Experience with Part-33 / CS-E in novel systems programs
• Ability to communicate complex rationale to multidisciplinary stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience with hybrid-electric aircraft or eVTOLs
• Familiarity with FAA or EASA certification of electric powertrains
