Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other engineering discipline
• 1+ years of experience in test, analysis, manufacturing, or hardware development
• Experience with electronics and mechanical design including RF principles
• Programming experience in Python, C, and SQL
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and offsite as needed

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability test strategies for new products and subcomponents
• Develop, implement, and validate test and inspection processes
• Design and execute environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical testing techniques
• Automate reliability test initiatives and reporting using data visualization
• Investigate failures in production and test, identifying root causes
