💼 About This Role

You'll manage solar power plant assets, handling tasks in both Japanese and English. Your work directly impacts investor reporting and project performance. You'll enjoy flexible working hours and monthly domestic travel to sites in Okayama and Miyazaki.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage O&M, loan, equity, and security contracts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for sponsors and lenders
• Analyze budget performance, calculate DSCR and dividends
• Handle claims for warranties and insurance related to projects

📋 Requirements

• Business-level English for communication with investors
• University degree or higher
• Ability to travel domestically once per month
• Strong sense of responsibility and team player

✨ Nice to Have

• Asset management experience in renewable energy or real estate funds
• Project finance experience at financial institutions
• Strong numerical and Excel skills
