You'll own the global insurance experience for Alan, turning member anxiety into trust through delightful UX, operational excellence, and lightning-fast support. You'll define the next level of insurance experience, building scalable foundations across multiple countries. It's a chance to set a new standard for the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for insurance experience
• Partner with designers, engineers, and ops to implement features
• Align with GMs, Sales, Customer Care, and Insurance teams
• Ensure consistent experience across France, Belgium, Spain, Canada

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product related experience
• Experience handling products across multiple countries or markets
• Strong technical fluency to partner with Engineering and Data
• Ability to influence without authority across distributed teams

• Experience with complex insurance rules and regulations
• Fluency in French and English
• Experience managing complex migrations
