As a Territory Manager, you will drive market expansion and build relationships with clinical partners in Flagstaff, AZ. You'll be the face of Charlie Health in the community, connecting patients, parents, and providers to life-saving mental health treatment.

Requirements

• Based in Flagstaff, AZ
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, overachieving KPIs a plus
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Local travel with reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
