Description

You will process payrolls across APAC and LATAM, liaise with local HR teams, finance, and third-party providers, and ensure compliance with local regulations while supporting audits and month-end reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years multi-country payroll experience, ideally APAC and LATAM
• Solid understanding of payroll legislation in key countries (e.g., China, Japan, Singapore, Mexico)
• Experience working with third-party payroll providers
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with payroll or HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, ADP)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll email inbox and respond to international payroll inquiries
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing for APAC and LATAM with external vendors
• Review and validate payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, bonuses, overtime, benefits)
• Perform gross-to-net checks and reconciliation reports
• Prepare and post semi-monthly and monthly payroll journal entries for international locations
