Description

You will perform entry-level maintenance repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work for apartment communities, while also providing on-call emergency service. This role is essential to maintaining a high-quality living experience for residents.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
• Work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry
• Provide after-hours emergency service on-call
