💼 About This Role

You'll support test setup and execution of EO/IR sensors and spectrometers for ground, airborne, or space use. You'll work closely with senior engineers to define test needs, manage equipment, and document results. This role emphasizes learning by doing with increasing ownership over time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support test architecture development for airborne and spaceborne sensors
• Develop test plans, procedures, and verification matrices
• Perform test setup, execution, and documentation
• Work with cross-disciplinary teams to resolve issues

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
• 0–3 years of relevant EO/IR experience
• Experience operating and testing cryogenically cooled infrared focal plane arrays
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or similar analysis tools
• Exposure to test engineering concepts (plans, procedures, verification)
• Interest in remote sensing, aerospace systems, or experimental hardware
