Description

You will drive operational excellence by optimizing product development workflows, leading program execution, and improving tooling and automation. You'll analyze metrics, manage risks, and facilitate cross-functional communication to increase alignment and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar role in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of leading and scaling operational processes in cross-functional product organizations
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Coupa, and data platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define and track operational KPIs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
