You'll join a multi-disciplinary team providing skilled nursing to seniors in 1-2 communities, enjoying a home health role without typical commuting. You'll make a direct impact on patients' ability to remain at home with comfort and dignity. This role offers no commute between homes and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow designated care plans for each patient
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Document care using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Maryland
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical medical/surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
