Description

You'll plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across owned and paid channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand strength, working with internal teams and external agencies to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, campaign management or similar role
  • Analytical profile with ability to interpret metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels and communication platforms (social media, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Organized, adaptable, clear communicator, collaborative

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with digital agencies on content calendar and asset production aligned with brand strategy
  • Monitor and analyze digital channel performance, generate actionable insights and periodic reports
  • Lead influencer management through agencies, propose content ideas, supervise execution, analyze campaign impact
  • Manage and analyze performance and brand awareness campaigns, optimize based on results and business objectives
  • Prepare briefs and coordinate with external agencies (creative, BTL, media, digital, influencers) for campaign execution
