๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Empower persons with mental illness to exercise autonomy in their lives.
- Assist persons with identifying choices and developing self-advocacy skills.
- Collaborate with team to include person's perspective in all care decisions.
- Provide training to staff on understanding person perspectives.
๐ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalence
- Lived experience with mental illness and sustained recovery
- Ability to obtain peer certification
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license

- Previous experience in mental health peer support
- Certification as a peer specialist
- Knowledge of community resources
