💼 About This Role

You'll partner with site reliability engineering teams to improve system stability, resiliency, and scalability. You'll drive project delivery, incident and on-call management, and own uptime metrics communication. This role is fully remote within EST/CST time zones.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prioritize and drive strategic projects using kanban framework
• Facilitate incident management and on-call rotation orchestration
• Manage MS Teams bots for incident creation and communication
• Own weekly uptime report and translate system health data to executive updates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 3-5 years project management with globally distributed teams
• 1-2 years working with IT Operations and Site Reliability Engineering
• Proficiency with Jira, OpsGenie, and MS Teams integrations

• Experience in healthcare data environment
• Agile leadership with technical teams and kanban preference
