You'll serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals for iconic sports and entertainment properties like the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals
• Provide guidance on employee relations, coaching, compensation, and performance management
• Analyze employee data to inform decision-making and recommend proactive solutions
• Champion a culture of engagement, inclusion, and change management

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of client-facing or consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience across organizational development, change management, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
