Description
You will provide technical support to Spanish and English speaking users via email, chat, phone, and Zoom, resolving complex issues related to CompanyCam's app and integrations. You'll also create and maintain help documentation in both languages, translate in-app content, and collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure a seamless experience for all customers.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in customer-facing support role
- Strong written Spanish proficiency and English-to-Spanish translation skills
- Technically curious and energized by helping people solve problems
- Must permanently live and work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to external users via email, chat, phone, and Zoom
- Be primary support contact for Spanish-speaking users
- Create and maintain Help Docs, translating new articles
- Translate in-app content, marketing materials for cross-functional teams
- Manage and maintain video content in Spanish
