Description

You will support processes that facilitate conversion plans onboarding to the client's platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding and service plan sponsors.

Requirements

• Understanding of mutual funds, stable value funds, CITs, and ETFs trading and settlement
• Proactive, analytical problem-solving skills
• High degree of organization and dependability
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage client expectations
• Experience with collaboration tools and CRM (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira)

Responsibilities

• Review and identify issues with potential fund lineups
• Prepare Fund Applications for third-party fund companies with client information
• Coordinate with Implementation Managers and Investment teams for new and conversion plans
• Update, maintain, and review client data within CRM systems
• Support creation and maintenance of written operating procedures
