You'll support the Benefits team in coordinating employee benefits and wellness programs. You'll contribute to Open Enrollment readiness and Financial Awareness Month initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in people operations and cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute onsite fall benefits initiatives with vendors and HR teams.
• Support Open Enrollment readiness by drafting employee communications.
• Coordinate webinars and track attendance for Financial Awareness Month.
• Create and improve benefits communications across platforms.

📋 Requirements

• Interest in People Operations and Benefits
• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
