💼 About This Role

You'll proactively source and vet high-quality home service vendors across multiple markets, negotiating competitive rates and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Your work will directly impact the quality and speed of our home transitions. This role offers the chance to own vendor relationships from start to finish in a fast-growing, AI-first startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively source high-quality vendors across multiple trades in all markets.
• Review portfolios, licenses, and insurance to vet each vendor's quality.
• Negotiate competitive rates and scopes aligned with unit economics.
• Coordinate across ops, sales, and support to prioritize sourcing requests.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of vendor management, ops, or sourcing experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and comfort using CRMs and spreadsheets.
• Full availability for a remote contract role.
