Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis
• Partner with department leaders to develop operating budgets and ensure strategic alignment
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial schedules for funding proposals and reports
