You will abstract and code patient information from medical records for target registries at Carta Healthcare, contributing to improved healthcare data management. This 100% remote role requires a minimum of 60 abstraction hours per month, with a flexible schedule and a focus on work-life balance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Ability to maintain a 98% or higher IRR score
• Previous remote work experience preferred
• Available for minimum 60 abstraction hours monthly

Responsibilities

• Abstract and code patient information from medical records for target registries
