You'll support the Macro trading platform and post-trade workflows, ensuring system stability and smooth operation of trading applications. You'll collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve system processes through automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor system stability and performance of Macro trading applications
• Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and system changes
• Configure account rollups and instrument setups for accurate analytics
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Proactively communicate potential problems and conduct root cause analyses

📋 Requirements

• Training in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field
• Prior experience supporting Macro trading business
• Proficient SQL query skills
• Proficient coding or scripting skills (C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Orchestrade, Murex, or similar systems
• Proficient knowledge of Windows, .NET, and SQL Server
• Detail-oriented data analytical skills
