• Build trusted client relationships and collaborate with internal teams
• Maintain transparent communication to understand needs and ensure satisfaction
• Define and manage the product backlog and deliverables with clients
• Analyze business, user, and technical issues to propose concrete solutions

📋 Requirements

• Experience in agency or consulting with multi-client portfolio management
• Fluency in English and French (oral and written)
• Expertise in digital product creation: product management, Scrum, budget, data analysis, mobile/web tech, UX/UI

• Proactive and polyvalent mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
• Willingness to travel regularly to Montreal or Quebec offices and client sites
