Description

As a Data Science Intern at Shift Technology, you will set up and deploy data processing pipelines, collaborate with clients, conduct R&D in machine learning and NLP, and support the sales team. You will gain hands-on experience in the full AI product lifecycle within a leading insurtech company.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, ML, or Big Data
• Able to provide a 6-month internship agreement (Convention de stage) signed by university
• Experience in object-oriented programming with quality production code
• Experience using C# is a plus
• Fluent French and clear English communication

Responsibilities

• Setting up and deploying data processing pipelines (data reception, cleaning, extraction, calibration of fraud detection models)
• Collaborating with clients to understand needs and incorporate feedback
• Conducting R&D to drive product innovation (ML, NLP, image analysis, trend analysis, chatbots)
• Supporting sales team in prospect demos
• Partnering in entire Data Science product lifecycle from sales to engineering
