💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of clinical data abstractors and partner with software engineers and data management specialists to operationalize end-to-end abstraction workflows. You'll serve as the first point of escalation and drive quality and consistency in real-world data for research and regulatory reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary liaison and escalation point for abstraction team issues
• Lead onboarding and training of new data abstractors
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to abstraction team members
• Lead clinical guidance to engineering for data systems development

📋 Requirements

• U.S. licensed Nurse, PA-C, NP, or DNP with Master's in health sciences
• 5-6 years experience in clinical data abstraction and medical records review
• 2-3 years direct experience supervising staff or providing team lead support
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite, pivot tables, data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• CCDM, CCRP, ACR-P, or CRA certification
• Experience in cancer, women's health, or rare diseases
