💼 About This Role

You'll maintain relationships with platinum and named partners to drive cross-sell and new business acquisition. You'll proactively recruit and onboard new partners to grow revenue and Sophos mindshare. This role allows you to work remotely from Japan with a global cybersecurity leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain relationships with existing platinum and named partners
• Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new named partners
• Validate and approve deal registrations for named partners
• Orchestrate between customers/partners and internal resources

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry
• Experience with telephone sales and proactive outbound calling
• Native Japanese level fluency
• Ability to travel to partner sites and customers

• Experience working with a high volume of customers or resellers
• Knowledge of Sophos products and competitors
